• 85% LTV is available with a 660 Credit Score
• No adjustment for 24 months Bank Statements
• Rates for 12 months Bank Statements Improved

PRIME:

• No adjustment for 24 months Bank Statements
• Rates for 12 months Bank Statements Improved

DSCR:

• Higher Loan amounts are now more affordable with adjustments reduced up to 0.5%
• Loan amounts up to $3mm now available

FOREIGN NATIONAL:

• Rates reduced by 0.75%
