Our team

Max Slyusarchuk is CEO at A&D with over 20 years of mortgage and banking industry experience. He supervises all day-to-day activities and is responsible for business development and maintaining relationships with key partners. Mr. Slyusarchuk has raised capital and launched multiple projects across a wide spectrum of industries, including the financial and construction sectors. He has experience in both private equity investments and portfolio management for institutional and private sector clients in US and Europe. Mr. Slyusarchuk holds a BS in Economics from MIM University.

Lana Izgarsheva is the Chief Operating Officer & Compliance Officer at A&D Mortgage overseeing the Legal, HR, Support Services, and Customer Satisfaction departments. Izgarsheva brings over 18 years of experience in the mortgage business where she has held several positions at United Financing and later served as President at AD Financial. 

Izgarsheva holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Florida Atlantic University and a Law Degree from Volgograd State University. 

Nick Avgustinov is the Chief Information Officer at A&D Mortgage. With over 14 years of IT development and core system management, he served as a consultant at Celltick Technologies and Senior Manager for Accenture Europe. At Accenture, Avgustinov served as Manager of an international client group and was a leader in top client implementation projects of core-banking system solutions, merger & acquisition process and system merging, corporate level software systems structuring, and efficiency optimization. 

Diana Chiosea is the Servicing Manager at A&D Mortgage. Diana brings more than 12 years of experience in banking, credit, and servicing to the table. She has worked for International Banking Group and credit consulting companies where she served in multiple roles, including reporting, collections, and defaulted loans management and related matters, such as accounting and reconciliations. Chiosea holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova and is certified by the Mortgage Bankers Association School of Mortgage Servicing. 

Hanna Roslyk is the Processing Manager at A&D Mortgage with more than six years of experience in mortgage processing and underwriting. She started her career at Bridge Mortgage Bankers where she served in multiple mortgage processing and operations positions. Roslyk holds a Bachelor of Economics from the National University of State Tax Service. 

Janette Delgado is a Senior Compliance Specialist at A&D Mortgage with over 20 years of residential lending experience. Delgado served as Compliance and Operations Manager at American Bancshares and Regulatory Compliance Supervisor at Mortgage Eagle Home Mortgage. 

Jessica Valdes joined A&D Mortgage as Human Resources Manager in June 2018. She has over seven years of human resources management experience in the mortgage industry and over 14 years of experience in retail banking operations. 

As the Human Resources Manager, Valdes is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Chief Operating Officer in supporting A&D employees. 

Sergey Pokolodin has more than five years of financial and business experience. He has supervisory experience in retail business and managing pipelines through various IT solutions and development. 

Pokolodin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University, where he completed electives for managed investment funds, credit analysis, and loan evaluations.
